S.M.H.E.A.R.T. First Aid Services has been opperation in Ontario for over 30 Years.

We started offering First Aid and CPR to Lifeguards, requiring additional certification and the company took off from there!  Since then we have worked with Scouts Canada, Girl Guides Canada, Lacrosse Teams, Soccer Teams, Hockey Coaches, and all types of business needing certification to adhere to WSIB requirements.

I have been a Red Cross Instructor since 1989, starting out instructing Swimming lessons and training Lifeguards (through the then RLSSC) and then moved on to First Aid and CPR. I enjoy instructing youth and adults in First Aid skills and really enjoy adding a little FUN into my classes!
